Melksham Town Council are looking for dynamic individuals to join it's hospitality team responsible for the efficient operation of Melksham’s Assembly Hall and Town Council owned venues for hire.

Deputy Facilities and Hospitality Team Manager (£18,070)
Duties will include providing a quality hospitality experience for all customers; preparing for and facilitating events; dealing with enquiries and complaints in a polite and helpful manner; and ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to at all times.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise, and will possess highly refined interpersonal and administrative skills. Willingness to undertake weekend and evening working is an absolute prerequisite, whilst some previous experience in a supervisory capacity within the service hospitality industry would be advantageous.
A standard DBS check is required for this position
Cleaner (£6,084 Part Time – 15 hours per week)
Responsible for ensuring a high standard of presentation and cleanliness within Melksham’s Assembly Hall and venues for hire, duties will include vacuuming floor areas; polishing work surfaces including the bar area; cleaning toilet facilities; and restocking and replenishing consumable items as required.
Applicants must be able to attend early morning hours of work and be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently on an unsupervised basis.
