Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Urgent Closure to Northbound traffic of: A3102 Bath Road (Part), Melksham

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 23 February 2020, the following length of road shall be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Ringway to carry out Footway kerbing and pedestrian barriers across Melksham Town Bridge.

A3102 Bath Road (Part), Melksham; from its junction with New Broughton Road, to outside of property known as 23 Bath Road.

Alternative route: via A3102 (Unaffected Length) – A350 – A365 – Spa Road – Snowberry Lane – Melksham Relief Road – Eastern Way and vice versa.

The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

These works will commence on 23 February 2020 and are anticipated to be required for 21 days. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 21 days.
